Camex new and used winch tractors are used in conjunction with lowboy trailers and oilfield trailers to haul extremely heavy loads such as off-road construction equipment, oilfield vehicles and large containers. A winch system mounted behind the tractor is available with a variety of tonnage ratings for self-loading. A sleeper added to the winch truck chassis provides long haul or long hour job comfort for the driver. Camex winch trucks come in tandem and tri-drive configurations as well as with planetary drives for extreme off road applications and loads.
Camex “texas bed” winch tractors are used primarily to load and transport oilfield gear or tanks to and from a drilling site. The trucks are tough enough to withstand the rugged terrain of an oilfield site. It is equipped with an air or hydraulic lift tail-roll and load bunks for hauling oilfield tanks. Camex winch trucks also have safety features including all-steel headache racks and in-cab winch controls.
